Luke Priddis

Director | Financial Adviser

Luke completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology from the University of Canberra in 1998 initially relating to his sporting endeavours. However a change in direction saw Luke complete his studies in the area of Financial Planning and has seen Luke working as a Financial Adviser since 2004, achieving Certified Financial Planner (CFP) status via the Financial Planning Association (FPA) over this period.


During this same time Luke forged out a Rugby League career in the NRL competition playing 318 games that saw him play with the Canberra Raiders,  Brisbane Broncos, Penrith Panthers, and St George Illawarra Dragons.


Along with achieving the Honour of playing for both his State (NSW) and Country (Australia), Luke was a part of Premiership winning sides in 2000, 2003 and 2010 whilst also achieving the Clive Churchill Medal for best player in the 2003 Grand final.


Upon retiring in 2010, Luke took the opportunity of enquiring ownership of the business and has the aim of ensuring CPR WEALTH continues to provide quality advice to new and existing clients. 


With his wife Holly, they started a charity in 2006 called the Luke Priddis Foundation (LPF) with the aim of ‘Supporting Kids and their families living with Autism Spectrum Disorders’ and is currently acting Chairman.


Luke spends much of his spare time involved in charity work, spending time with family and still loves to watch Rugby League and on rare occasions also likes to hack around the golf course.


  

Robert Larrondo

Financial Planner

Authorised Representative


Robert completed his Economics degree in 2006, and entered the financial planning industry working as a Research and product graduate at Count Financial, and worked in a few roles before becoming a Financial Planner in 2011.


During this time he continued his studies, finishing his Masters in Applied Finance. He became a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) via the Financial Planners Association of Australia, and starting his own Financial Planning firm in 2014. Wanting to be part of a larger company to help his clients, Robert joined the CPR Wealth team in 2018 and has been helping clients reach their goals


Robert and his wife are looking forward to building their family, and are using the Financial Planning principals Robert has learnt over his career to set and accomplish the financial goals that he and his Wife have set to make sure they are always progressing forward. Robert looks forward to sitting down with young families to make sure that they are building towards their future and that they are protected financially.  

Alan Slack

Client Relationship Manager

Alan completed 25 years in the Banking Industry with Management positions in General Banking, Human Resources, Marketing and Money Market Dealing prior to moving into the Financial Planning Industry in 1990 when he commenced his own practice. With the changes in regulation and growth within the Financial Planning Industry over this time, Alan has gained long standing key client relationships, with his extensive experience over many years in recognition of strategies in Wealth Creation, Retirement Planning and both Personal and Business related Risk Management.


Having made the decision to embark on his own retirement strategy, Alan has ceased in his role as a Financial Planner and has redirected his skills into a client relationship role to ensure CPR WEALTH continues to look at maintaining and building client relationships.


Being a family orientated man, Alan spends much of his busy but precious leisure time with his wife, children and grandchildren. However being a cricket fan, he also finds time to attend a day at a Test match or a one day match and also looks forward to his Cronulla Shark’s marching towards another premiership sometime soon.

Melissa Field

Client Administration

Melissa has been working in the financial planning industry since 2004 when she started as a 19 year as a receptionist. Over her career Melissa has gained significant knowledge, skills and experience which has allowed her to develop through to being a senior financial planning administrator.


Melissa emphasizes that the priority in her role is looking after clients she deals with as well as helping any other staff in complete their role to the highest standards.


Melissa is the mother to two young children and loves spending time with her family away from the office.


 


 

Clair Ciantar

Client Administration

Clair has worked as an administator for several years, joining CPR WEALTH in 2017 seeking a challange in a new industry. She has a passion for assisting clients to ensure their needs are met which often means she will go the extra yard to ensure expectations are fulfilled and is always looking for perfection in her role.


Clair is a wife and mother so spends time ensuring both family and work committments are balanced and enjoys getting out and engaging in activities with family and friends in her spare time.

Karen Swan

Client Adminstration

Karen has worked in the financial planning industry for several years. Having had a break for to have a family, Karen returned to join CPR WEALTH in 2017. She has a strong interest in assisting clients with their needs as well as building on her own skill set in order to ensure clients receive the support they require.


Karen balances raising her children with her work committments while ensuring and active lifestyle around her strong network of family and friends away from the office.
